Vice Chancellor of University of Jos, Prof Tanko Ishaya, has said his institution's doors are always open towards assisting Karl Kumm University utilize its potentials for global impact.

Speaking during a civic reception held in honour of the Pioneer Vice Chancellor of Karl Kumm University Vom, Nigeria, Prof Nanven Gambo, Prof Ishaya who was represented by the institution’s Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics, Prof Joshua Pam Chollom disclosed that since its establishment, his university which has remained a mentoring institution has relentlessly continued to offer intellectually aggressive human resource to help Karl Kumm University favourably compete with other world class institutions of learning.

A statement signed by the Protocol and Information Officer, to the Vice Chancellor, Bulus Gambo quotes Prof Ishaya appreciating the Pioneer Vice Chancellor for the remarkable achievements recorded during his tenure.

Earlier in his speech, the Chairman, Governing Council, Karl Kumm University Prof Hayward Mafuyai appreciated the great contributions of Prof Gambo who tirelessly worked hard to stabilize the system.

He prayed for better days ahead for the Pioneer Vice Chancellor as he contributes his quota for the betterment of humanity.

In his contribution, the Chairman of the occasion, Prof Victor Adetula who welcomed all dignitaries to the epoch event also extolled the intellectual contribution of Prof Gambo to the global community.

He noted that the Pioneer Vice Chancellor is among the many Tarok people who have represented their community and the country well in their anticipated obligations.

In his contribution, the convenor of the event, Dr Nandom Abu noted that Prof Gambo did not only administer a university but shaped minds, built character and was able to raise leaders who will make an impact beyond the shores of this nation.

According to him, the former Karl Kumm University Vice Chancellor has not only made Tarokland proud but the entire missionaries and the church.

In his vote of thanks, the former Vice Chancellor of Karl Kumm University Vom Nigeria Prof Nanven Gambo gave glory to God for his achievements and thank all that supported him.
