Chief Executive Officer, National Veterinary Research Institute Vom, Dr Yakubu Dashe Gunya has expressed optimism that partnering with Karl Kumm University would provide practical solutions to some global humanity's challenges.
Speaking when he hosted the management of the university, Dr Gunya noted with excitement the intellectual foresight of the Vice Chancellor and his management team which has open doors of collaboration and IVRI Vom.
A statement signed by the Protocol and Information Officer to the Vice Chancellor, Bulus Gambo quotes Dr Gunya commending the effort of the Vice Chancellor, Prof Jabil for putting the institution on the global map of reckoning.
Earlier in his remarks, Vice Chancellor, Karl Kumm University, Vom, Nigeria, Prof Yakubu Yerima Jabil explained that the partnership would provide an opportunity for both sides to leverage their pool of knowledge to better the society.
He explained that since assumption of office, he has placed great priory on seeking meaningful partnerships with institutions that share the same space and destiny with the university.
Prof Jabil solicited for areas of academic partnership to include students industrial attachments , joint research and collaborative projects and capacity building and staff development.
In a vote of thanks, the Registrar of Karl Kumm University, Benjamin Dachomo appreciated the warm reception granted to the Vice Chancellor and members of his entourage.
