Brief About Prof. John Danjuma Mawak

Prof. John Danjuma Mawak is the current Director of Academic Planning of Karl Kümm University. He is an accomplished Professor of Medical Microbiology, with over thirty (30) years of teaching experience at the University of Jos.

He has handled several administrative responsibilities including the Deputy, Dean, Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Head, Department of Remedial Sciences. He is a member of the following professional bodies: 

  1. Nigerian Society for Microbiology (NSM)
  2. National Association of Medical Scientists (NAMS)
  3. Biotechnology Society of Nigeria (BSN).
  4. Nigerian Venereal Diseases Association (NIVEDA)
  5. American Society for Microbiology (ASM)
  6. West African Research and Innovation Management Association (WARIMA)

He has published in several local, national and international journals.
